guides. This material was collected in
the 70's. This shows some red
fluorescence under short wave UV. Other
minerals included are sphene, diopside
and spessartine garnet. This location is
famous for nice red garnets and we have
those listed under garnets

Natural Raw White Calcite Healing Stone Specimen Canada

Mineralogy: calcium carbonate
Approx Size: 1-1.25" in x 1.75-2"
This is for the exact piece shown in the photo and I have more
available; just check out my other listings. I also have other healing
stones as well. It's a carbonate mineral and the most stable polymorph
of calcium carbonate. This particular piece is originally from the
Bancroft area of Ontario, Canada.
