Pyrrhotite
- Massive
This
material was collected by me in the late
70's and when its gone I will not likely
be able to get back up there to dig
anymore. It is an important constituent
of the Sudbury intrusion where it occurs
in masses associated with copper and
nickel mineralization. The material is a
nickel colored mineral with flashed of
gold color, hard to photograph.
