Strange Seepage Discovered on
Mars
Sign of Oil Seepage on Mars? A Truly Unique phenomenon on Mars The following images have been spotted by several spacecraft. Weird shaped markings that look like something has oozed out of the Martian soil. Bizarre shapes, but start at a point and spread into lobes. What ever it is it is very dark and likely vicous. Color image showing large jets along the edge of the depressions... Of particular interest is the split streak near the center of the image, which diverted around a rounded hill as the material was sliding down the slope. Slope streaks occur in regions of Mars that are mantled by fine, bright dust. They do not occur on slopes that have no dust coating. They are therefore suspected to form by dry avalanching of the dust, despite their somewhat fluid appearance." - Malin Space Very Alien looking scenery... Image Source Malin S18 02576 |

Mars Global Surveyor "The Shadows" MOC narrow-angle image M11-00071 Cross off-centered peak in Janssen Crater .
The above picture is an old anomaly showing a very unusual shadow that many have said is the shadow of a large spaceship in orbit between Mars and the Sun. We are still seeking the original source of this enigma. More info available here - Zorgon
A very odd shadow on more recent Mars photos. This is one of many odd shadows that are on image M11-00072.gif.
This object appears to be a huge column or plume of gasses emitted from a small vent. The shadow it casts is identical to the plume, showing that the plume must be very opague. This is one of many odd shadows that are on image M11-00071.gif
