This page will focus on cloud faces as opposed to 'faces in the clouds'. Having looked at many photos it appears that every storm has one, but you just have to be there at the right moment. Looking at the image above, this cloud is looking back at you. In other pages we will cover other features that are equally as uncanny and go beyond mere "../its just a face in the clouds, you imagination at work". We will highlight the the image for those who have difficulty seeing the spirits with a small inset below the original.

Zambian locals ran away in terror when they saw a strange human-like figure appear in the clouds above a shopping center. The alleged apparition, which looked like a Dementor from the Harry Potter movies, was spotted above the Mukuba Mall in Kitwe. Photographs show a large humanoid head and torso, tailing into the sky and it is thought to have measured more than 100 metres (330ft) long.

The dense black shape looked like it was made from a different material from the clouds. From the angle of the photograph, it looks like the apparition was looking down on the shopping center. The figure hung in the sky for about half an hour and some thought it was a manifestation of God.

A witness said: ‘We were shocked to see images that looked like a human in the clouds for close to 30 minutes. ‘Some started worshiping but others ran away. It was so strange.’
