"WHAT THE BLEEP?" -Is Now- "WHAT THE BEAM!" A question for Sen. Orrin Hatch, OK.... Then Who's Playing god? ------> UUFOH REPORT <------
UUFOH Skywatch, UTTR -Dugway Proving Grounds Area Friday -Saturday 6/11-6/12 -2004 ___________________________________________________________________ 5 total UUFOH Team members attended that night we said "what the bleep?" (BYU Newsnet reporter didn't make it out there due to lack of cameraman.) We witnessed some sort of test at the UUFOH Skywatch Friday night at the UTTR 'dune' location that was impressive to say the least. Looking South- South West, from the border, (fenceline) We saw a large beam of light going straight up, a huge amount of light that flickered intensively surrounding it, ( reminded me of a arc welder but on a grand scale) a few minutes long in duration, (3-5 minutes) then suddenly shut down. in which the sky would become completely dark again. Starting at 1:00 am this sequence would be repeated every 5- 15 minutes until 2:00 am. (1 full hour) ___________________________________________________________________ We also noticed: - the smell of ozone and a strange burning like smell. - a fog bank out of nowhere, that flooded the area, - a large mil. plane possibly recording or witnessing the test. (plus other UMO's or UFO's) - Two way radio failure, problems - that the light produced was at least two times brighter than Wendover (visible). and would have been easily seen by anyone (hundreds) traveling on I-80 -during that time ( Friday night- Wendover. (also visible) - possible and most likely camouflaged surveillance (security patrol) in area. - bombing? heard in the morning but not seen. - possibly a minor sunburn? (noticed the next morning by three members) - various allergy symptoms - extreme tiredness and lack of energy for a few days - some members fell ill / sick for a few days - some 35mm photo negatives/ film showed strange green lines or marks, on numerous pics. The Photo processor said it might possibly have been caused by radiation or x-rays. WOW! Impressive power display! Never seen anything like it. but was concerned a bit about the amount of power displayed and our safety of being exposed to it. Were we in any rad exposure or health danger? other? ___________________________________________________________________ l Photo/Video Results - Health concerns Below are comments from UUFOH Team members and associates that will remain anomynous: > I have more weirdness to come about the last skywatch. I was wondering about how your pictures turned out from the skywatch. Most of my video and pictures are garbage, do you have the same problem? And, how's your health. We were exposed to some nasty radiation and I'm wondering if your OK. > I had some problems with the development of the pictures. I asked about the problems with the clerk and she thought that I had been exposed to x-rays. Have you, or anyone else, had any problems with your pictures? > At first I thought the green lights were caused by a developing problem. But since they're not on all of the pictures they have to be something that occurred at the time. I asked the clerk about the problem and she thought it was caused by radiation! How's your health? Besides the nighttime sunburn I got, I've been feeling crappy all week. Let me know what's happening. Talk to you later..... > I got absolutely nothing on video. Just black nothingness. and my 35mm pics didn't show anything either,.......... > .....just wondering if you started having any allergy symptoms after Friday. It may just be a coincidence, but I am getting clobbered by allergies starting Sunday. > the 'Dugway Lights'. rumoured code words from Predator to Pegasus keep popping up. ... a smaller ground version ....When aimed and focused into a large hostile crowd and fired, the resulting effect is an immediate immobilization of the crowd. Of course, the case study's have not concluded if any after effect's or injuries remain to those in the crowd. ......cannot see how this weapon can be used without causing some sort of blindness due to the intense light that you may have witnessed. > No I haven't noticed anything other than the minor sunburn. ___________________________________________________________________ l Wide Open Secret? What we were seeing? what kind of test we were witnessing? Cosmic ray? Tesla?.... or some sort of laser? The code word for the possible project witnessed is: "PROTEUS"... ( heard some speculation on the bright light as being called the "Goliath" which is a weapon using high intensity light mounted on Hummers towing 250 thousand watt generators.) ___________________________________________________________________ l Dugway's Mission: The primary mission of Dugway Proving Ground is to plan, conduct, analyze, and report the results of technical tests and studies; especially in the areas of chemical defense, biological defense, incendiary, smoke and obscurant systems, and environmental technology testing. Dugway also provides test expertise, services and support for all authorized customers, including United States and foreign governments, as well as non-governmental organizations. In addition, Dugway is a major range and test facility for chemical and biological defense testing and a reliance center for the U.S. Department of Defense. ___________________________________________________________________ > This should be a wake up call for Utah residents, such a open display of secret, even harmful testing, is further proof that the Dugway Proving Ground facility isn't concerned about public exposure or safety. Steps need to be taken to oversee activity at DPG and the Deseret Chemical Depot. for more see below PS: this event was video taped and photographed on / with numerous and various recording equipment. currently being analyzed. Neutral Particle Beam Weapon Concepts
Oct 17. 2013 By Aerospace Projects Review Blog Very little has emerged from the Strategic Defense Initiative days revealing *actual* weapons designs. With the exception of some of the Brilliant Pebbles and Zenith Star designs, almost nothing apart from unreliable artwork has been released. On occasion, though, bits have come out. Three neutral particle beam satellite weapon concepts were shown, in low-rez and frustrating detail, in a report on power systems for SDI use. The Martin-Marietta NPB concept:  The Ge/Lockheed NPB concept:
 The TRW concept:  The drawings are too small to glean details such as full-scale dimensions, or even get a really good handle on layouts. The GE/Lockheed design seems to come equipped with large panels, presumably radiators, held within a triangular cross-section framework. The Martin and TRW concepts appear to be roughly cylindrical. And unlike the majority of the artwork produced for public consumption, here you can make out the nuclear reactors meant to power the systems. While dimensions are either unavailable or illegible in these illustrations, two show the SP-100 reactor and associated radiator system. The radiators change from illustration to illustration of the SP-100, so cannot be firmly relied upon as a scale reference, and the Sp-100 reactor itself is little more than a dot, but this illustration of the SP-100 should help to give a rough idea how big it, and by extension the NPB concepts, were going to be.  |
