Mega dome near Moscow

This round is a left over from a giant dome (d250m, h25m) constructed near Moscow in 70's. It failed during a snow winter some times in 80.s. Locally it called the "Sun Institute", but nobody knew what it was really. It was so big, visible 10km from the place. It was looking like.. combination of X-files and Tesla's invention.
