I am Tasheeka of the Council of 10. You are currently at the Hub Station in the Sol System.

We, the Council of 10, are building a series of outposts
in this region of galactic space. The various planetary bodies located in this region, are being colonized for materiale collection, for use on the Intergalactic highway.

On these planetary bodies, racial groups best suited for the hostile to semi hostile environments located in this system, have set up bio domes to facilitate new arrivals and guide them through the colonization process.

The Council of 10 has separated the colonizers into two factions: Inner and Outer Worlds. In addition, there are ten planetary bodies on which the colonization efforts are underway.
