Race History: Because of the intense heat of the sunny side of the planet and the slow rotation, the Mercurians were semi-nomadic, developing movable buildings to allow them to keep on the dark side of the planet. As they developed rudimentary technology, they were able to establish some permanent bases shielded under domes, where many lived and thrived. The idea originally was put forth by One the Mercurians call The Lazy One, who was tired of uprooting and traveling long distances. The domes are centers of learning and research.

They tend to be peaceful, and in tune to nature and the cyclic aspects of life.
