exposed from the calcite with

Actinolite - Green Fans
Mineralogy: chain silicate of the Amphibole group
Approx Size: 1.25-2" in x 1-1.5" in
This is for the exact piece shown in the photo and I have more
available; just check out my other listings. I also have other healing
stones as well. Some forms of actinolite are used as gemstones. One is
nephrite, one of the two types of jade.
Fibrous actinolite is one of the six recognised types of asbestos, the
fibres being so small that they can enter the lungs and damage the
alveoli. As it whethers in nature it eventually turns into asbestos but
in this form it is NOT harmful.
This particular piece is originally from the Star Gold Mine, Ontario, Canada.
Indications:
