This material was collected by me in the late 70's and when its gone I will not likely be able to get back up there to dig anymore. This location has Chalcopyrite that is weathering to Bornite with inclusions on many other metals like magnetite and even trace silver and gold. The photos don't do it justice, you will see rich copper and gold colored hues with flashes of color

This material was collected by me in the late 70's and when its gone I will not likely be able to get back up there to dig anymore. The first batch is from Sudbury, Ontario.  Found at a road cut of which there are many throughout Ontario for digging specimens. Most of this material is a bright deep gold color.

The second batch is from Temagami, Ontario.  Found at a road cut that had just been widened and my pry bar accidentally loosened a lot of material, so I have a lot of this to process. The ore is in veins and sections accented by green Malachite and brown Limonite, the typical leaching from the Chalcopyrite Most of this material is a bright deep gold color.
