I have only seen this painting twice where it was identified as
Katherine Parr, but there is not a huge resemblence to the portrait above.
Some of that may be due to the stylizationthat was common of portraits
of that time.
Katherine Parr (formerly called Lady Jane Grey)
Re-identification of the portrait was made by the brooch she wears.
